By importing xrd bris result files into jcapper do you mean:

a. Download from Brisnet?

b. Unzip using the JCapper File Unzipper or another unzip tool like WinZip?

c. Build a database by clicking the Build Database button on the face of the Main Module?

Got it.

The File Downloader (for Brisnet files) in JCapper behaves just like a web browser.

It simply presents the file download pages on the Brisnet site - which in turn are laid out to display one link per each file they have available for download.

Several years ago I recall seeing an app (that I think is/was) called Download Them All.

It was similar to the HDW File Download Tool in JCapper in that it had the ability to evaluate the download links (at the Brisnet site) and get you any file (for the file types you had set up) that you didn't already have on your hard drive.

Methinks that might be an option for you provided you are downloading lots of files from Brisnet.

But then if you are downloading that many files from Brisnet I'd be remiss if I didn't suggest getting your data from HDW.

All of that said, if you aren't downloading enough files from Brisnet to make an HDW data subscription worthwhile - your best option might simply be to keep downloading .xrd files from Brisnet one at a time.

Acorn,

Don't know if this is what you want or if it will help you, but this is how I download each days xrd files at night.

I go to http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/trk_report.cgi?erd by using a shortcut that I have installed on my pc desktop.

I click on the first file I want, usually APX or AQU, and Brisnet then asks me to login. After I login, the downloaded file appears at the bottom of the screen and it is sent to the directory where I have my downloads set up in Google Chrome.

Then I click the back arrow in the upper left corner and that takes me back to the screen that has the result files. From there I can select any file on that screen and it will appear at the bottom of the page like the first one. I keep on doing this until all the files I want are downloaded.

Then I exit Brisnet and go to the directory where the downloaded zip files are located and run PKUNZIP to extract the files. Then I move the files to my 2015 folder so they can be input to JCapper.

Jeff--you are correct. The "Download Them All" is/was a Mozilla Firefox Add On. Not sure if it is still available.
